Terms of Sale and Return Policy:
General:
- Payment Methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept Bank Checks, Personal Checks (Product does not ship until check clears) wire transfer and paypal.
- All Sales are final
- United States of POS will not ship until payment is received.
- Appropriate Sales tax rate’s will be applied to those who are NY state residents.
Returns/DOA:
- All software purchases are final.
- All hardware sales are final.
- If your product is DOA (Dead on arrival) or stops working within the manufacturer’s DOA period United States of POS will work on providing a replacement if the manufacturer of the product could not fix the issue over the phone.

Liability:
- United States of POS waives all legal and punitive responsibility for damage that can occur with hardware and software products purchased from us.
